Basement Waterproofing Minneapolis MN (basementwaterproofingminneapolis.com) is a free referral and advertising service for homeowners in Minneapolis, MN and neighboring cities in Hennepin and Anoka County, and this policy explains what it does with personal information. It does no basement work itself. Effective date: October 10, 2026.
What we collect is what you give us. A form can supply your name, email address, a contact number, where the house is and your description of the water. That information has two uses: handing your request to one independent local contractor, who then reaches out to you, and answering any note you write to us.
Your details go to one contractor, never several. Our web host and the service that delivers form messages handle them only to make those deliveries work. Personal information is never sold, and contact lists are never rented out or exchanged. A court order, subpoena or legal requirement may oblige us to disclose information.
Form submissions sit with our web host just long enough to be relayed to a single contractor, and each one is erased 90 days after it arrives.
Like most sites, this one may note simple technical facts, such as your browser, the pages opened and the link that brought you, so it keeps working. Blocking cookies does not stop any page from working.
Once a contractor has your request, what you tell that business is covered by its own privacy terms, not this policy. The site is aimed at adults and does not knowingly gather data from children younger than 13. Through the contact form you can ask what we keep about you, or ask us to fix or erase it. If this policy changes, the revised version and its date will appear on this page. Minnesota law governs this policy.
